Brand, Feed, Finishing, and Origin

Teys Riverine beef is produced from cattle raised in the Riverine region of Australia, a well known agricultural area primarily associated with south west New South Wales and extending into northern Victoria. The cattle are pasture raised and then grain finished on a balanced cereal grain ration for a minimum of 100 days. This feeding and finishing program helps create the tenderness, juiciness, and marbling that the Riverine range is known for. It is a premium Australian beef product with strong provenance and quality assurance behind it.

Product Format and Box Options

This brisket is available from $26/kg and is sold in a full box of approximately 20 kg or as a single piece of approximately 7 kg.  Single pieces are $10/kg extra, and double boxes are usually priced a few dollars less per kilogram depending on the product.

For pre ordered meats, the final packed weight is confirmed during packing, and the final price is calculated based on the actual weight supplied.
